Wallup is an innovative idea that aims to collaborate the builders and brokers onto a digital platform that streamlines the entire property management process under a single roof.

Quokka Labs used it’s inherent technocracy to build an end-to-end web and mobile application (both Android & ioS) to fulfill the digital void in the real estate and PropTech 2.0.

Project Goal

The general idea is to improve the workflow process in this business landscape by empowering the builder with control with how he wants to distribute, scale and pay each of his salesperson or broker with just one tap.

  • Individual lead profile which can be viewed and interacted by the sales incharge.
  • Profile includes contact info, recent property related activities and added notes taken.
  • This enables proper lead follow-up through regular updates.
  • Sales’ head can assign the lead to the person of his choice to deal with him/her.

Booking Request Handling

  • Based on interaction, the salesman adds the lead along with contact, type, price, budget, etc.
  • Salesmen interacting with consumers can request to hold the property for him/her.
  • Consecutively, he can also mark a lead to be lost if the customer isn’t interested anymore.
  • The data input is also visible to the sales head and the project builder himself.
  • Also, leads can be imported in bulk in a csv file and mapped to Wallup fields easily.

Role-based Dashboard & Analytics

  • Instead of crowding unnecessary data to any functionality, we chose to view only what is useful for one’s purpose.
  • For eg. a salesman gets to view or edit a property only but adding a property is under builder.
  • Segmented analytics report gives role-based insight based on lead conversions.
  • Limited info makes the data much more clear and sorted for better interpretation.

Collaborate with Brokers

  • Builder’s team can dictate how, when and where any property is distributed among the brokers: more personalised control.
  • Inventory reports are hence generated wrt sales won by a particular broker.
  • Builder hence, can decide how to pay/ adjust slabs and commission for him.

Efficient Team Management

  • Operation head can add team members either individually or import in bulk.
  • Members are set designation and are automatically given access based on their roles.
  • Each member has his own profile and can also be removed if deemed necessary.
  • Member list is easily accessible whenever the manager wants too.
