The general idea is to improve the workflow process in this business landscape by empowering the builder with control over how he wants to distribute, scale, and pay each of his salespeople or broker with just one tap.

An individual lead profile can be viewed and interacts well with the sales in charge. The profile includes contact info, recent property-related activities, and added notes taken. This enables proper lead follow-up through regular updates. The sales head can assign the lead to the person of his choice & promote quality, and security reforms as well.
Based on interaction, the salesman adds the information along with contact, type, price, budget, etc. Salespeople interacting with consumers can request to hold the property for them. Consecutively, he can also mark a lead to be lost if the customer isn’t interested anymore. The data input is also visible to the sales head and the project builder. Also, leads can easily be imported in bulk in a CSV file and mapped to Wallup fields.
Instead of crowding unnecessary data to any functionality, we only viewed what is helpful for one’s purpose. For e.g., a salesman gets to view or edit a property only but adding a property is under builder. A segmented analytics report gives role-based insights somewhere influenced by profitable lead conversions. Limited info makes the data much more precise and more sorted whose interpretations last longer and that too with a sense of value.
The builder’s team can dictate how, when, and where any property is distributed among the brokers at more personalized control. Inventory reports are hence generated with respect to sales won by a particular broker. The builder hence can decide how to pay/ adjust slabs and commission for him.
Unit Detail lists all asset-related details like area, address, pricing, booking date, etc. Client Detail includes applicant detail, PAN, Aadhaar, and client photo. Payment Detail along with flexible & secure payment methods and options like direct fees and downpayment. Broker details like RERA no. about broker for commission distribution post transactions.
The operation head can add team members either individually or import in bulk. Members are set designation and are automatically given access based on their roles. Each member has their profile and can also be removed if deemed necessary. The Member list is easily accessible whenever the manager wants too
