Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all credit purchases made on WriteEasy, a product by Quokka Labs LLP. By purchasing credits or using the platform, you agree to the terms below.

No Refunds

All credit purchases made on WriteEasy are strictly non-refundable. This includes:

  • Any quantity of purchased writing credits
  • Credits bought during offers or discounts
  • Accidental or duplicate purchases
  • Unused credits remaining in your account

Once payment is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

You may request cancellation of your credit purchase within 24 hours, only if:

  • No credits have been used, consumed, or redeemed
  • You have not generated any AI content using WriteEasy during that time

If eligible, the credit activation will be cancelled — however, the payment itself will not be refunded.

If any usage is detected, the 24-hour cancellation option becomes invalid.

After 24 Hours or After Any Usage

No cancellations are allowed after 24 hours OR if even one credit has been used.

Payments will not be reversed, refunded, or adjusted.

Unused credits will remain active until used or until their expiry (if an expiry system is introduced later).

Credit Validity

Credits remain valid until used. If WriteEasy introduces an expiry system in the future, the details will be clearly communicated and updated in this policy.

Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us immediately at the email below. While refunds cannot be guaranteed, we will help investigate the issue as per your payment provider’s policies.

Platform Misuse or Policy Violations

If your WriteEasy account is suspended or terminated due to policy violations, misuse, or harmful activity — no refunds or credit adjustments will be issued.
